Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with team to implement solutions for real manufacturing challenges. 

• Support manufacturing operations and process improvement projects 

• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to solve problems or optimize process 

• Assist in data collection and analysis for production performance 

• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities with quality team (6 sigma, Lean, 5S) 

• Apply digital tools to improve efficiency (with Excel VBA, Power BI, Power Automate) 

• Help maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOP/WI) and process documentation 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering related fields (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, etc.) 

• Familiarity with at least one of the following: Excel VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, or other automation/data tools 

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, quality control) 

• Understanding basic statistics and ability to use statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) is a plus 

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn and take on challenges 

• Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with ability to read technical documents and write clear reports
