About the role

We're on the hunt for an admin superstar to join our Policy Management team as an Administrator!

The Administrator – Policy Management is responsible for the administration associated with policies for both individuals and groups.  In this role, you will also be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of all aspects of the member experience including onboarding, adding and changing the membership to meet the needs of the customer/member.

About you:

  • Administration and/or Customer Service experience - including outbound calling 
  • Great telephone manner and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Enjoys assisting others and willing to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Competent in using MS office suite of products (Word, Excel etc.) 
  • Financial acumen 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build great relationships
  • Effective organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Demonstrate agility and flexibility in a fast-changing environment 
  • Working knowledge of Billing/Addons and Appian
