The Position

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst Graduate who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business insights and eager to build a career in pharmaceutical commercial analytics. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in data integration, performance tracking, Tableau dashboard development, and strategic business support, while contributing to impactful projects across marketing, sales, and finance teams.

The Opportunity

Data Integration & Analysis

• Multi-Source Extraction: Pull and clean data from SAP (finance/inventory), OCE/CRM (field activity), and IQVIA (market/competitor trends).
• Performance Tracking: Analyze sales, market share, and therapy area trends to produce regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Financial Support: Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring KPIs.

Tableau Dashboard Development

• Visualization: Design and maintain automated, interactive dashboards that translate complex business questions into clear visual insights.
• Integration: Combine disparate data sets (SAP + CRM + Market data) into unified, user-friendly commercial views.

Strategic Business Support

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to provide actionable insights.
• Commercial Effectiveness: Evaluate field force performance, customer segmentation, territory alignment, and the impact of promotional activities.
• Growth Support: Provide data-driven recommendations for brand strategies and new product launches.

Data Governance & Quality

• Accuracy: Perform rigorous data reconciliation and quality checks across all systems.
• Compliance: Maintain strict documentation of data definitions and ensure adherence to privacy and regulatory standards.

Who you are
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or similar
• Strong Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge
• Exposure to Tableau (dashboard development)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Advantageous

• Exposure to SAP, CRM systems (OCE, Veeva, Salesforce), or IQVIA data.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
