We’re looking for a super-organised Administrator who’s quick-thinking and versatile, proactive and can work as part of a team; the kind of person who can turn their hand to anything at a moment’s notice to ensure staff have everything they need to do their jobs and that the company runs efficiently. About the Role

This role is needed to efficiently support all Housing Management Administrative functions for Social, Private and Temporary/Emergency Accommodation. All functions are essential back office roles, that are key to providing a streamlined and through service to our customers and clients alike.

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with colleagues and external stakeholders over the telephone and via email.
  • Ensuring enquiries are dealt with in line with policy and procedure
  • Supporting managers to respond to complaints in a timely fashion
  • Managing the housing management systems
  • Liaising with customers, clients, 3rd parties and other stakeholders
  • Providing support for wider customer engagement wor

Role Criteria

  • Ability to investigate, evaluate and respond to situations quickly.
  • Experience within Social Housing Sector.
  • Good IT knowledge- Competent knowledge of Microsoft software
  • General knowledge of the construction industry
  • Organisational skills necessary to manage and organise own workload.
  • The ability to communicate effectively at levels commensurate with role, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
