PRN Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Serving Bellingham

Your Role as a PRN Behavioral Health RN

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you’ll provide specialized care to patients in their homes, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and expertise. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting patient assessments to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
  • Creating, evaluating, and updating individualized care plans.
  • Collaborating with the care team, patients, and families to deliver high-quality care.
  • Educating patients, families, and facility staff on behavioral health care principles, symptom management, and safety practices.
  • Supervising LPNs and Behavioral Health Aides to ensure quality care.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • RN Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in the state.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinical setting; experience in behavioral health, home health, or hospice is a plus.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel within the service area (up to 50%); reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance are required.
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase software is a bonus.
