What We’re Looking For
Based in Europe, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies within the mobility sector, taking on complex and high-impact projects that deliver innovative mobile device solutions to enterprise clients worldwide.
As Account Manager Inside Sales, Germany, you will be focusing Small and Medium Enterprise accounts and play a pivotal role in driving business growth with potential new customers as well as with existing ones. You will be closely working together with our channel partners and internal teams. To succeed in this position, you will need proven experience working and communicating with customers and resellers by phone/MS Teams and email.
You will be identifying and engaging prospective clients, uncovering mobility‑related business challenges, and building strong, long‑term customer relationships.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver solutions that address the client’s needs and resolve the challenges identified during the sales process.

What You’ll Do
Prospect for potential customers and work on incoming leads, approach them by calling, and indirect methods such as networking and working with our resellers.
Understanding the client needs and identifying new opportunities within your territory.
Developing and implementing Mutual Plans with the customer, to align on outcomes and timelines.
Communicating and coordinating with our resellers as well as with internal teams.
Meets assigned sales targets.
Experience You’ll Bring
2 Years' Experience in selling IT products, ideally Software, employed at a vendor or reseller/channel partner.
Successful in driving and closing business with net new Logos, as well as with upselling existing customers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Fluent in German and business professional English
