Job Description:

Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Senior Producer to join the development of a new IP.  


Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly-skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining. 


As a member of the production department, you’ll be focused on creating and managing schedules, tracking development, and ensuring team deliverables are met on time and at quality. In this role, you will be working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver gameplay features and content.


As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better—with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.  


You’ll help us by…  

  • Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of the delivery of game features and content, from concept to completion, often on multiple initiatives simultaneously  

  • Collaborate with Directors and Leads to establish long-term feature schedules, timeframes, definitions and phase/sprint goals  

  • Understand and effectively communicate project timeframe, task target date, and partner feedback to team members across the studio 

  • Use game development knowledge and experience to predict, identify and propose solutions for project risks and issues  

  • Stay in constant communication with Leads and Directors to handle project expectations, ensuring they are clear and realistic  

  • Work with the teams to overcome problems, improve product quality and stay on track  

  • Supervise the health of features in a live environment and able to respond and make decisions in a timely manner  

  • Coordinate meetings to facilitate communication among team members  

 

You’re awesome because you have…  

  • Proven experience (5 years +) in Production or Project Management in the Games or Digital Content space  

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead multiple teams  

  • A track record of shipping games through a complete development cycle from pre-production through release

  • The ability to build regular reports of key actions and risks at different levels of detail 

  • The ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team  

  • Creativity in problem solving and a positive, respectful team-first attitude  

  • Organization methods and the capability to meet agreed timelines 

  • Comfort with self-critique and accepting outside feedback  

 

Bonus points for…  

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Shotgun 

  • Experience working closely with game design teams

  • Enjoyment of playing a variety of video game genres and titles
