Summary:

This role is responsible for materials planning. You need to ensure material supply and support production plan to meet sales demand and company's business. You will collaborate with cross Functional teams which includes Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and other teams as necessary to work on new product readiness. You must be familiar with Planning tools (SAP ECC, APO is a plus) and adhere to KPI targets set primarily on Inventory, SLOBS, Cost savings opportunities on AF/write off and Production Schedule Adherence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Place orders for RPMs according to production plans and provide forecast to supplier as request.
• Capacity analysis for key RPMs, call out risk and alert relevant department if it is needed.
• Arrange reasonable delivery plans according to detailed production scheduling to ensure the production plans to be executed smoothly.
• Control inventory, especially for seasonal and discontinued RPMs. Lower the stocks on hand, reduce SLOB inventory and write off cost.
• Review master data, process, etc. and find opportunity to improve KPIs of material planning.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
• Have good organizational skills be a self-starter and a team player.
• Be proficient in using computer. It is better to have experience of SAP and Excel etc.

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• This is Mfg Plant based role (Jinshan Plant, China)
• Can work on extended hours as needed
