Job Description

Digital Product Managers at U. S. Bank are customer obsessed in defining and delivering the strategy and vision required for digital experiences to stay ahead of constantly evolving economic, competitive, technological, and customer needs. As a Digital Product Manager, you will:

Role Overview
•    Manage digital products including Aries (case management), Sapience (workplace data solution), Email Management (AI-driven rules engine), and MIC (KRI/KPI dashboard and attestation platform). 
•    Lead product discovery, analyze user ideas, conduct research, and develop product intent briefs outlining ROI, OKRs, and stakeholder groups. 
•    Present prioritized initiatives to leadership, create product roadmaps, and hand off to product owner teams for execution. 
•    Post-launch, measure adoption, gather user feedback, and cycle insights back into product improvement. 
 

Key Responsibilities
•    Translate problem statements into actionable solutions, combining creative thinking and research. 
•    Conduct external benchmarking and analyze complex data relationships, especially source/reference data across multiple business lines. 
•    Integrate AI features into existing applications and understand prompt engines. 
•    Communicate and present effectively to senior leaders, facilitate prioritization discussions, and produce detailed artifacts (roadmaps, briefs, vision statements). 
•    Collaborate with data analytics, UI/UX development, and cross-functional stakeholders. 

Key Skills
•    Strong communication, listening, and writing abilities.
•    Strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
•    Experience with digital products, ServiceNow or Salesforce, and challenging data integrations.
•    Understanding of data relationships, CRM-level data, and operational challenges across business lines.
•    Change management and influence skills to drive adoption and overcome resistance.

Basic Qualifications
-Digital Product Management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
-Experience integrating AI into business applications
-Prior experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roles
-Power BI certification or strong data background is a plus
- Knowledge of technical aspects of software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products
-Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations
-Preferred skills: product PnL, product strategy, vision and planning, digital products and platforms, product discovery, product build and development, agile ways of working, channel alignment and management, adoption, customer experience research, insight and execution, go to market and sales channels, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
