The Recruiting Specialist will assist with various HR tasks, primarily focusing on the recruitment process. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within a fast-paced and diverse corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, which includes job postings, identifying potential candidates, initial screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Provide support for the new hire onboarding process, including preparing welcome packages, coordinating with different departments for system access and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain updated records of candidates' data in our internal databases, including resumes, assignments, and interview notes.
- Help in sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Assist with the organization of career events and branding activities. Support in administrative duties like scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and performing reference checks.
- Provide assistance in creating and distributing internal communication regarding hiring processes.
- Participate in special projects assigned by the HR team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Working proficiency in both English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HRIS or ATS is a plus. Demonstrated interest in HR and talent acquisition.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
This is a contractor role subjected to conversion base of good performance and available headcount
Salary Range: $35-$40 / hour
