Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, providing both remote and onsite assistance, and ensuring that configured services operate smoothly across multiple platforms. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, focusing on hardware and software support while implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. Your role will also include basic and intermediate level troubleshooting, ensuring that systems remain operational and efficient.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Experience with troubleshooting server and network issues.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and their configurations.
- Ability to implement and manage software solutions across different platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
