The Global Client Group (GCG) is Dimensional’s distribution arm, comprising sales channels that target a diverse client set. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will provide primary day to day client service coverage for our largest and most complex strategic clients. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned client relationships with the objective of retaining current business, deepening engagement, and collaborating with Regional Directors to expand AUM by ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Success in the role will require the candidate to acquire a deep understanding of Dimensional’ s business processes, investment philosophy and approach, and effectively articulate this to clients. The candidate will work directly with the sales and consultant teams, along with other internal departments such as marketing, portfolio management, legal, compliance and analytics to ensure clients receive exceptional client service and be accountable for the team delivering it.
