The Director, New Products Cardiovascular will support the launch planning efforts for Milvexian through the joint J&J – BMS Alliance.  This role will lead and shape the Hospital/ IDN Strategy for Milvexian.   This position reports to the Therapeutic Area Lead Cardiovascular (TAL).   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of an integrated US Hospital/ IDN strategy and execution plan for Milvexian in partnership with BMS, inclusive of the EHR/ Digital Strategy. 
  • Lead KAM strategy, deployment and training plan
  • Lead KOL strategy inclusive of influence mapping, prioritization and pre and post launch engagement
  • Serve as a core member of the Alliance US Working Group
  • Spearhead the identification, assessment and recommendation for innovative partnerships
  • Partner closely with internal cross functional partners and drive alignment with BMS  to ensure the evidence generation plan supports the needs of institutional customers

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial experience, including marketing, and/ or sales
  • Ability to develop strategy, resourcing requirement and execution plans
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams and drive strategic alignment across matrixed organization(s)  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong decision-making skills

Preferred:

  • Pharmaceutical/MedTech business experience preferred
  • Launch experience strongly preferred
  • Marketing and Sales/ Sales Leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in Cardiovascular
  • Knowledge and understanding of US Health System dynamics and large organized customers
  • Ability to motivate, lead and influence across levels and functions
  • Experience partnering with R&D, medical affairs, global marketing, market access, patient advocacy, and supply chain preferred
  • This position will be located in Titusville, NJ and may involve up to 15% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
