The Accounts Payable team member will be a part of the Materials department team. This position is Full-Time working 32 to 40 hours per week. The first four weeks of training will be 40 hours schedule. The position primarily involves sitting / standing throughout the day while working in an indoor, temperature-controlled office environment. This role will be expected to match packing slips to invoices for accounts payable; key into GL accounts payable batches and scan (manual code); contact vendors to get POD’s or answer questions; key in freight for payment to dealers; entering deposited checks; managing statement of accounts with vendors; and other duties as assigned. This position also backs up the receptionist in their absence during breaks, lunches, and days out of office. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and AS400 system experience is desired.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organization skills, effective communication and customer service skills. Prior accounts payable experience in a recent role preferred.

This role pays $22.00 to $24.00 per hour with eligibility to qualify for an office administration bonus.
