The IT Project Manager will report to the ServiceNow Development Manager and work closely with a team of ServiceNow Developers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and ServiceNow Architects. The ideal candidate has experience working with complex resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and overseeing technical IT projects.
What you'll get to do:
- Be involved in all areas of Project Management from initiation through closeout, ensuring the successful execution of the project in support of government customer’s mission, goals and objectives.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Review with the customer and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
- Developing and maintain a resource loaded schedule.
- Working with project leadership and development team to;
- Define tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Determine resourcing needs and deconflict resource
- Determine task dependencies and schedule logic.
- Determine and track the project’s critical path.
- Report and brief schedule updates/status to CACI leadership and Government Stakeholders.
- Develop scheduling status reports, digests, and summaries for various meetings and/or for customer deliverables.
- Develop and maintain schedule artifacts and other program documentation.
- Interact daily with technical leads, CACI leadership, and client personnel by providing schedule status data.
- Support additional projects within CACI (Potential).
- Oversee individual IT projects and tasks from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment, and production support.
- Liaise between developers and project stakeholders, and foster quality communication between disciplines.
- Document and manage all issues and risks, developing and maintaining a risk register and mitigation plan.
- Facilitate all necessary meetings, to include requirements gathering, kick-off, technical exchange meetings, design review, status meeting, closeout meetings and all ad-hoc and post-mortem meetings necessary.
- Provide recommendations for process development and improvement.
- Contribute to documentation in the Knowledge Base, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and job aids.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited to no guidance
- Develop and produce documentation, reports, and presentation slide decks.
- Prepare and present briefing materials to staff, executives, and federal customers. Interactions involve client meetings and interfacing with senior management.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD)
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 8 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience as a Project Manager
- Attention to detail and resourcefulness
- Direct scheduling experience, preferably working on other large Government contracts.
- Expert with MS Project
- Experience using Kanban boards and agile methodologies
- Expert of Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, predominantly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

- Certified Scrum Master
- ITIL Foundation
- Other IT technical certifications

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200
