Capital Group is looking for high-performing Graduates to join our Client Group Associates Program in Singapore. This will be a 2-year rotational program kicking off in September 2025.

The program embeds graduates in our Europe & Asia Client Group (EACG), consisting of departments such as Sales, Marketing, Investment Product and Business Management. This group is crucial to the success of Capital Group’s long-term strategy: to be the world’s investment manager of choice.

The Client Group is focused on delivering superior investment products and services to help meet the goals of our clients who are institutional investors and individual investors (via financial intermediaries).

The successful candidates will join as early career talent, contributing to long-term strategic and day-to-day processes, as we invest in our leaders of the future.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
