Your Impact
The Hub Leader will be responsible for driving growth, development, and expansion of revenue and the sales team across emerging markets within Europe. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, leadership acumen, and hands-on sales expertise.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for developing markets.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Align regional sales goals with overall company objectives and ensure execution against these targets.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Recruit and onboard top sales talent to build a robust and diverse team.

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in developing markets.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and optimize performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Axon at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand the client base.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align efforts and drive business success.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure efficient and effective sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Implement and leverage CRM tools to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the technology or public safety sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in developing or emerging markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet business objectives.
