What success looks like in this role:

• Provide MCP systems administration and hands-on technical support in a ClearPath environment.

• Act as a technical point of contact for a specific client, gathering requirements and aligning system expectations.

• Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot MCP systems and supporting infrastructure.

• Analyze and recommend hardware and software solutions aligned with ClearPath and MCP requirements.

• Support performance, capacity, and stress testing, providing recommendations based on results.

• Contribute to system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge sharing.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Must Have Skills (Experience of at least 4 years):

• Hands-on experience supporting MCP in ClearPath environments.
• Strong knowledge of MCP systems administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in enterprise or client-dedicated environments.
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have / Environment Context:

• Experience working in enterprise or client-dedicated environments.

• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting mission-critical platforms.

Other:

• Location: Preferably based in Mexico City (CDMX), Monterrey, or Guadalajara; required to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required. The position will involve regular communication with specialists within our company and external vendors.

• Studies: Related engineering degree completed.
