Administrative Assistant III, Strategic Planning

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant III, Strategic Planning

  • Location: Warrenville, IL

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Required Travel: Travel to other Endeavor Health locations will be required (Naperville)

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the hospital executives, managing their schedules, correspondence, and communications.

  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, conference calls, and travel ensuring the efficient use of their time and anticipating needs.

  • Ensure all communication is professional and reflects the executive team's voice and objectives.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level emails, memos, reports, and other documents.

  • Generate and compile reports, data analyses, and presentations for executive decision-making.

  • Collaborate with executives on special projects and strategic initiatives, conducting research, data analysis, and presenting findings.

  • Process invoices, monitor spending, and reconcile financial statements for the executive team.

  • Oversee office operations and supplies, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

  • Assist in the onboarding of new team members and contribute to their training.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

What you will need:

  • Education: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience, required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Certification: cHAP (Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional), CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) or MCAS (Microsoft Certified Application Specialist) preferred.

  • Experience: 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting, required

  • Unique or Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    • Familiar with SharePoint and Monday.com

    • Business Sense – decipher priorities and make sound judgement calls when needed

    • Commitment to excellence – perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.

    • Excellent Communicator – able to interact with people of all levels in a confident and professional manner

    • Ability and temperament to work with sensitive information

    • Team player – have team oriented experience and approach.
