Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are looking fora Director, Business Integration to help reimagine the way we empower and enable our associates within the distribution center through new technology launches. This role will lead the business vision to design and launch several key initiatives around warehouse management and control systems. 

You will influence the build and fielding of industry defining omni-channel supply chain products at scale.

As a part of Ambient Operations, you’ll represent the operators in defining and prioritizing requirements through the technology life cycle and you will lead a team of highly skilled managers that will oversee the development of multiple supply chain applications. What you will do:

  • Influence others, lead teams, manage stakeholders, get buy-in from leadership, and communicate clearly in a complex matrixed organization.

  • Represent operations as you work with product and engineering teams.

  • Leverage your deep domain knowledge in distribution operations and supply chain technology

  • Use metrics to evaluate and improve performance; be resourceful, disciplined for execution, and have a can-do attitude; and rapidly test and learn with an agile way of working to improve products 

  • Direct supply chain process improvement efforts by overseeing the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders; managing the correction of errors processes and feedback loops

  • Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

  • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.

  • Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

What you will bring: 

  • Drive to lead the productlifecyclefrom requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts  

  • Experience workingwith product, data science, and engineering to define and prioritize the requirements for new capabilities with the warehouse applications.     

  • Knowledge based on industry and competitive analysisto understand the emerging trends in warehouse management and control systems.   

  • Skill in collaborating with cross functional partners to manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks  

  • Ability to define a vision and strategyfor the product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, build business cases, and align objectives

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
