As an HR Business Partner with The Oncology Institute, you will play a vital role in advancing compassionate, patient-centered cancer care by supporting and empowering the people who deliver it. You’ll partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to build a resilient, engaged workforce in a mission-driven environment where every role contributes to saving and improving lives.
JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with leaders within your designated business unit to execute human capital and organizational strategies intended to attract, develop, and engage the teammates while advancing the organization’s business goals and objectives. You will have the opportunity to develop solutions to a variety of complex HR challenges impacting your division as well as the organization. You will partner with our Teammate Services Centers of Excellence to deliver value-added service to teammates and leaders in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employment law. You'll also serve as a coach and mentor for others within the department. This role will involve weekly local travel to our California clinics, and possible out-of-state travel.
