About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Attendance Lead to oversee payroll, attendance management, and labor compliance in our Japan entity. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes, compliance with Japanese labor laws, and smooth operation of HR administrative functions.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in labor management (労務管理), attendance systems, and communication with external vendors, and is comfortable acting as a bridge between global HR policies and local labor practices.
You will report to our HR Director and manage one team member in the Payroll Opts team.
