Responsibilities

  • Communicate with sales agents to gather relevant new business account information to process files and issue policies
  • Identify areas on policy applications where more information may be needed and proactively seek out what’s missing to complete them
  • Work with clients to get documents signed in a timely manner
  • Send out completed insurance applications to carrier partners
  • Follow up on payments with external partners such as closing attorneys
  • Update internal client management systems as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Access to reliable internet
  • Experience in insurance with an active P&C license (or willingness to obtain one in first 90 days)
  • Available to work 10am-7pm or 11am- 8pm EST

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$36,000.00 - $45,000.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
