Job Description

Role Responsibilities:-

Ensure deal structure is in alignment to legal documents and coding input forms, Execute QC checklist, Validate for accuracy, Identify discrepancies, Escalate issues, Collaborate with partner teams, Meet review SLAs and production standards.

  • This role requires the ability to review post-close syndicated loan transactions for accuracy, identify potential issues, investigate root causes, and communicate findings effectively.

  • Success in this role also requires the ability to manage recurring maintenance activities and report responsibilities while meeting established deadlines.

  • Candidates should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills are essential.

  • Experience with syndicated lending systems, particularly Loan IQ, along with proficiency in reporting and data analysis, is preferred.

Job Description:-

  • Responsible for post‑loan closing quality control reviews, independently validating coding, loan booking transactions, and documentation against the Loan IQ system of record. Identifies and analyzes issues and clearly communicates findings while collaborating with cross‑functional partners.

  • Ensures assigned locations, business units, or proposed products and processes are in compliance with various laws and regulations.

  • Develops and enforces compliance policies and procedures.

  • Acts as the primary compliance consultant/resource for assigned location, business units, or products with respect to questions, consulting, and training.

  • Participates in, and ensures compliance in the design and development of policies, procedures, processes and training programs.

  • Analyzes new and pending laws and regulations which directly affect company practices and works with affected areas to ensure appropriate compliance.

  • May be involved in a variety of compliance projects and initiatives regarding information disclosure, legal proceedings, etc.

  • Performs periodic reviews to assess level of regulatory compliance.

  • Perform comprehensive post-close quality reviews of syndicated loan transactions to validate data accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

  • Review key loan attributes and data elements within Loan IQ (LIQ) and supporting systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Identify, document, and escalate discrepancies, control gaps, and process issues.

  • Support ongoing maintenance activities related to syndicated loan portfolios and system updates.

  • Assist with the preparation, validation, and distribution of weekly and monthly operational and management reports.

  • Partner with Quality Review team members to ensure consistent application of controls and quality standards.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and risk management.

Basic Qualifications:-

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 0-2 yrs of relevant experience
