What you will do

  • Drive Sales Performance: Achieve sales quotas across assigned territories and product lines by implementing innovative strategies to expand Stryker’s market presence and grow the customer base.
  • Lead Strategic Planning: Align sales strategies with Finance and Operations, including pricing models, customer targeting, and forecasting. Design differentiated business models to approach high-potential customers and strategic opportunities.
  • Introduce and Promote New Products: Lead the launch of new products in the market, ensuring successful adoption through education, engagement, and value-driven positioning.
  • Manage Direct & Indirect Channels: Define and manage optimal sales channels to maximize market reach and ensure efficient distribution of products and services.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical Education, Regulatory, Compliance, and Operations to deliver premium customer service and ensure project alignment.
  • Uphold Compliance and Ethics: Conduct all business activities in full compliance with local regulations, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and Stryker’s Code of Conduct, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement: Act as a key resource for product knowledge, supporting customer relationships and serving as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and Develop the Sales Team: Oversee the commercial team, defining territory and quotas, assigning key accounts, and supporting representatives on strategic projects. Mentor team members to enhance skills and drive performance.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in Orthopedics or Arthroscopy.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, customer relationship management, and strategic execution.
  • Must reside in Mexico City, and be available to travel.

Travel Percentage: 40%
