Responsibilities and Tasks

• Manage and lead new construction project planning process.
• Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Prepare new project Space, Cost, Cashflow & schedule report & long-term (LRP) plan reports for management review. 
• Developing and managing initial project schedules, budgets, cashflow  and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with project team members and relative stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships. 
• Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are fully understood by the participated teams
• Collect, classify, evaluate data and information used in supporting the new Micron construction project planning evaluation request.
