Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and ensuring smooth operation by promptly resolving disruptions. The position demands continuous vigilance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- The Infrastructure Administrator roles will oversee the software layer of web applications across multiple instances, managing components such as Apache and MySQL.
- They will also administer an AWS environment, primarily focused on EC2, while supporting other services as required. Key responsibilities include system monitoring, applying security scans, addressing vulnerabilities, and implementing fixes.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Amazon Web Services platforms.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
