Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Collections and Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
Monitor overdue accounts and proactively reach out to clients via email, phone, or other communication channels.
Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes promptly to maintain good customer relations.
Process Management:
Utilize GetPaid to track, monitor, and report on collection activities and account statuses.
Input, update, and extract financial data from SAP for accurate reporting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all collection processes.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service, to resolve outstanding issues.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on collection performance, aging of receivables, and key accounts status.
Support audits by preparing and submitting required documentation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions with clients.
Educate clients about billing processes and payment terms to reduce future delays.
