We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager (m/f/d) for Business Transformation in the Surgical division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and managing digital marketing and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and market demands.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Lead and manage business transformation projects; collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital marketing strategies
• Launch and grow consumer- and customer-facing digital products; integrate the digital ecosystem to solve customer and business challenges
• Guide teams through agile development processes; provide expertise and support
• Develop and execute customer segmentation and data analysis plans; establish KPIs and measurement strategies
• Maintain high technical knowledge; foster strong relationships across the organization; demonstrate resourcefulness and entrepreneurial spirit to drive results

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum); MBA (Desirable).
• Fluency in English and German
• 10+ years of digital marketing experience; 7+ years of demonstrated leadership
• Proven experience in launching and growing enterprise-level digital products; deep understanding of agile development processes
• Strong skills in customer segmentation and data analysis; ability to influence and build strong relationships; high degree of technical knowledge and focus on details; entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for achieving results
