Job Purpose:

这个职位主要负责工作机具的设计及改进工作。 This position is mainly responsible for engineering of work tool system

工作职责:

Job Responsibilities:

1. 参考资料和设计，拟制工作机具设计方案，制定设计、分析、测试及验证的项目计划； Concept design based on existing design and related design guideline, standards, regulations. Design, analysis, test and validation related project planning and management.

2. 能独立主导工作机具设计； Conduct design and development of machine work tools independently

3. 建立维护3D模型，管理并发放2D 图纸； Establish 3D modeling and manage to release 2D prints.

4. 能使用ProMechanics进行初步的结构分析; 与FEA团队和工艺部沟通，保证设计能满足产品，工艺，质量和可靠性要求； Proceed with preliminary FEA analysis via ProMechanics; communicate with FEA Analysis Team and Fabrication Process Team to ensure the design can meet product, process, quality and reliability requirements

5. 编制技术文件，跟踪样机试制，测试及验证； Put together technical documents for parts prototyping, test and validation

6. 质量持续改进； Support quality continuous improvement

7. 为相关部门提供技术支持。 Provide technical support to relevant departments

技能要求:

Skill Descriptions & Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

2. 有效沟通

Effective Communications

• Strong communication skills to lead multiple teams.

• The ability to understand customers’ needs and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse teams to achieve win-win results.

• Good written and spoken English ability.

• 具备领导多个团队的良好沟通能力。
• 能够理解客户需求并与来自不同团队的利益相关者合作以实现双赢。
• 具备良好的英语书写和口语能力。

3.专业技能

Technical Skills

• Solid design knowledge of Wheel Loader, dozer, Motor Grader on machine or components Level

• Experienced in projects management / issue resolution and project leader role is preferred.

• Rich working experiences in structure fabrication and knowledge.

• Be proficient in Pro/E or Creo software to conduct parts design

• 对轮式装载机、推土机、平地机的机器或部件具有扎实的设计知识.

  具有项目管理/问题解决经验并担任项目领导角色者优先。

  丰富的结构制造工作经验和知识。

  熟练使用Pro/E或Creo软件进行零件设计

4. 解决问题

Troubleshooting Technical Problems

Could anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in design, manufacturing and testing areas.

能够预测、发现并解决设计、制造和测试领域的技术问题。
