Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands active involvement in setting development benchmarks and ensuring that the solutions produced meet the required standards for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with web application development and deployment.
- Ability to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
