Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and operating models, market trends and the technology industry to determine their potential impact on the enterprise’s business strategy, direction, and architecture.

  • Provide perspective on the readiness of the organization to change and innovate through scenario planning techniques and supports formulation of business strategy.

  • Uses planning-driven, design-driven and learning-driven approaches to construct future- and current-state business models.

  • Assist clients in implementing recommended solutions and provide ongoing support

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery


 

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformation

  • Proven experience in leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations

  • Good knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. Cloud, Data, AI, etc

  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific (Financial Services/Insurance, or Consumer Goods/Retail) technologies, systems, and processes

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills

  • Continuous learning mindset and enjoys keeping up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
