MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Responsible for long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products in territory by increasing awareness among Health Care professionals on the important role of nutrition in improving quality of life, and the superiority of Abbott products to competitor brands. Gain new business and grow existing business in customer accounts by building the confidence of HCPs in recommending Abbott brand products.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify market opportunities to grow market share.
• Maintain up-to-date nutrition, scientific, and medical knowledge.
• Execute account plans aligned with territory strategy.
• Educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) on Abbott products and their Nutrional benefits.
• Conduct consultative selling to secure HCP recommendations.
• Customize product positioning based on HCP needs.
• Address and manage HCP objections.
• Measure and achieve account objectives and targets.
• Collaborate with patient groups to support nutrition education.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
• Minimum 1 year experience as Medical Representative - ETC
• Strategic account management and excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal skills & self-motivation
