JOB PURPOSE

The Fleet Management Intern will primarily support a project, focusing on identifying and resolving data mismatches across fleet systems and ensuring high data quality standards. The role includes maintaining and updating fleet databases, validating records, and supporting data consistency across multiple sources to enable accurate reporting and operational efficiency.

Your internship will start in July for a duration of 6 – 12 months for 20 – 40h per week within our international team in Katowice, Poland. You will work in a modern, flexible, and inclusive environment, collaborating with colleagues across Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support data collection, validation, and reporting (fleet KPIs, costs, utilization)
Maintain and update fleet management systems and databases
Support coordination with leasing companies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Assist in monitoring vehicle compliance (insurance, inspections, documentation)
Help track and analyze fuel consumption, maintenance, and operational costs
Assist in day-to-day fleet administration tasks
Participate in process improvement initiatives within fleet operations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (e.g., Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling)
English proficiency (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication skills
Experience with administrative tasks or internships
Interest in automotive, mobility, or logistics sectors
