Summary: Accountable for deployment and troubleshooting across all environments, managing post-deployment support. Responsible for collaborating and aligning with functional architect to ensure that offshore team executes techical build, test and deployment of Identify Now Oversees and finalizes the employee and non-employee risk module for contractors and manages employee record transfers in PeopleSoft. Resolves technical issues related to SailPoint IAM configurations, integrations, and workflows. Accountable for configurations across various environments and provide post-deployment support. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to IdentityNow NERM setup, integrations, and workflows. Implement the non-employee risk module specifically for contractors, managing their unique workflows. Manage and facilitate the transfer of employee records in PeopleSoft, including onboards, changes, and offboards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
