Due to our continuous growth, we are hiring a Project Manager in the Automation department. This department oversees the delivery of various sub-systems of an HVDC transmission system, including the overall SCADA system, AC substation Control & Protection, and communication systems, including Cyber Security and Telecom equipment.
How you’ll make an impact
Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to both new and existing customers
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions
Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies for our products and associated brands
Evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L, including budgeting, expenditures, profitability, and return-on-investment
Provide customer service and support, including information on product pricing and resolving issues related to billing, shipping, delivery, and complaints
Implement policies and strategies to achieve short-term results (within one year)
Manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance and support while allowing for independence in their assignments
Address moderately complex problems and influence others outside of your immediate job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures
Your background
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and marketing strategy development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage budgets and evaluate financial performance
Experience in providing customer service and resolving issues
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
