POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Associate
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

Overall Purpose:
Workforce Terminations & Separation - Managing and executing the terminations & separation of employees within BHP

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to manage and execute the low to medium critical/priority and simple termination transactions/activities.
• Responsible to gain capabilities through cross training in terms of the Workforce Master Data Maintenance processes and activities to act as a backup for that team during peak periods and when team members are off

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard Data profile • With at least 6 months of relevant experience • Open to college undergraduates with relevant experience
