Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.

• To support all areas of the bakery operation per the direction of the Bakery Manager and/or the Assistant Bakery Manager;
• To prepare and bake quality bakery products as per Fortinos procedures and standards;
• To assist in the ordering of department supplies and control the inventory level of product;
• To assist in the merchandising of bakery items;
• To assist in the training of new part-time staff;
• To assist customers with any questions and maintain excellent customer service and relations;
•    To ensure the sanitation and safety of the department meets with company standards;
• Other duties, as required.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Prior experience working the Fortino’s bakery operation is essential;

• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends;
• Individual to be self-motivated and possess strong customer service abilities;
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
