About the role 

The role is responsible for analyzing, controlling and optimizing inventory, maintaining the supply chain of assigned materials, and managing MRP operations to ensure material availability. The position works closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery, smooth customs clearance of import materials, and compliance with company rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Day to day activities for maintaining the supply chain of responsible materials 

所负责材料供应链的日常维护 

• Analyze, control and optimize inventory 

分析，控制并优化库存 

• Monitor MRP operations and PR release 

监控MRP运算和PR的释放 

• Maintain SAP master data of responsible materials 

维护SAP里所负责的物料数据 

• Issue orders to suppliers and follow up orders, to make sure the delivery of the suppliers is on time 

向供应商发放订单并跟踪订单的执行情况, 确保供应商按时交货 

• Work closely with Purchasing Engineer to implement strategic purchasing method of responsible materials 

与采购工程师密切合作，实施所负责物料的战略采购计划 

• Solve material problems (such as quantity, quality, invoices, etc.) with relevant departments, supervise the delivery of suppliers to avoid shortage of materials and the delay of projects. 

与相关部门解决物料问题（如数量，质量，发票等）监督供应商的交付避免造成原材料短缺及项目的拖延 

• Check material safety stock and order points 

检查物料安全库存和起订点 

• To file and keep the documentation related to purchasing activities. Necessary statistics and reports. 

存档保管采购活动的记录。必要的统计和报表 

• Customs clearance of import materials. 

进口物料的清关以及相关工作 

• Managing and training of MRP controllers 

管理和培训物料计划员 

• Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or Economics 

物流或供应链或经济学学士学位 

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience 

7 年及以上相关工作经验 

• Office software, excellent in Excel  

办公软件，尤其是Excel 

• Computer use and text type  

电脑的熟练操作和文本编辑 

• SAP know-how  

熟练掌握SAP 

• Fluent English in writing and reading
