Summary: As an AI Transformation Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering on the vision of an AI transformation. Your typical day will involve guiding and leading the execution of AI transformation projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, and addressing challenges that arise during the implementation process. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights that drive the success of AI initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in AI technologies. - Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Strong understanding of AI frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with data modeling and data architecture. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
