eBay is looking for an experienced Senior Consumer Insights Manager to join our growing Global Consumer Insights team. In this critical role, you will champion the voice of eBay sellers and lead global seller research, delivering insights that shape key business strategies, and ensuring seller-centricity is at the heart of decision-making.
This role reports to the Head of Regulatory and Seller Insights and is accountable for driving seller experience improvements for both new and existing sellers across eBay’s global marketplace. As the leader of Seller Insights, you will uncover actionable insights and drive business impact, ensuring eBay continuously enhances its seller ecosystem.
