*Sr. Financial Planning Analyst*

The candidate for this position will be primarily responsible to assemble and analyze the P&L of the company, provide comments on variances, provide insights on possible issues or opportunities, and identify changes in trends.

Additionally, this position will also be part of the Planning / Forecasting process and the reporting (both for local and international management – all levels of hierarchy).

To perform these tasks, this position needs someone with:

• Senior experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (5+ years minimum)
• Great analytical and communication skills (both to gather information and to deliver the right message to the right public – storytelling is key!)
• Proficiency with Excel (mandatory), PowerPoint and any tools that helps us manipulate and analyze data will be desirable (Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, SQL..)
• Focus on automation
• Sense of urgency / Prioritize tasks / Negotiate deadlines
• Sense of ownership and teamwork
• Proficient Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Availability to work with Brazil’s calendar when Argentinean holidays coincide with critical dates for Brazil’s operation.
• Advanced Portuguese and English
