Job Details
What You’ll Do:
- Work with business leaders to determine and define project scope and objectives
- Coordinate with application deliver leaders for resources availability needed to reach objectives and manage project resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare project’s estimation (resources and budget) based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project success with key performance indicators including costs
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan in appropriate IT tools and methodology
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Other PMO and IT related duties as assigned

- Strong knowledge of the specific business acumen, concepts, practices and procedures
- Strong communication and written skills
- Ability to work with all levels of project teams from leadership to daily end user
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Ability to manage requirements gathering sessions and prepare clear and concise documentation to internal or external development team members
- Assist in creation of related system training and documentation relevant to the project
- Knowledge of JIRA is a plus
- Strong knowledge of agile for project management methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in business management and/or project management certification
- 3-5-years experience in IT project management
FLSA Status: Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:
- Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations
- Act as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance

- Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
- Ability to oversee direct reports daily and provide guidance as needed
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
