• <point>Securing initial meetings or product demos with qualified leads for the sales team and ensuring a smooth handoff to the team.</point>
• <point>Continuously optimizing your prospecting techniques and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, while tracking key metrics like meetings booked and Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).</point>
• <point>Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Team Lead or Country Sales Manager, sharing insights on pipeline performance.</point>

• <point>You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and excel at building relationships with potential clients.</point>
• <point>You’re fluent in English and Ukrainian.</point>
• <point>You’re a creative problem solver with a proven track record in meeting top-of-the-funnel KPIs and driving lead conversion.</point>
• <point>You have experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and you’re proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms.</point>
