Kids is the future of our Brand and Sport. As Kids Consumer Construct, we have a role of shaping the future of sport for and with our consumer; Kids, (Pre)Teens and Empowering Adults. Kids Brand Marketing is an agile, passionate, entrepreneurial kids-right mindset team in service of priority fields of play (CFOP) and Kids Distinct (Kids only innovations, Kids Creators Network, Kids Energy & Partnerships) work that will unlock the future growth.

This position will be responsible for the Kids Sport - Football field of play, working closely with Men’s Football and Women’s Sport & Brand Initiatives teams along with being an active member of Kids Sport CFOP Squad.  
 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a talented brand marketeer with strong affinity to Football, innovation and athletes. A marketeer who is a strong self-leader, capable to drive projects end to end, keen on accelerating their cross functional marketing skills, and has a passion to envision the future of sport* and its influence over culture.


Good communication skills, strong growth mindset and high ability to work with multiple departments in a complex organization are a must. Strong ability to translate consumer insights into brand opportunities that take consumer somewhere new & exciting is critical for the role.


You will need to be able manage multiple stakeholders (internally and externally) and be able to demonstrate enterprise thinking while obsessing the last mile to ensure success. An individual who embodies the values that our company holds dear. And of course, an individual willing to adapt on the fly, all while maintaining a positive growth mindset. 
 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?

  • You will be responsible for developing and coordinating a E2E marketing plan for Football FOP through product, services and experiences for kids (and their parents) in close alignment and partnership with adult consumer constructs (M/W). 

  • You will support in setting the vision for our Kids Football consumer as a member of Kids Sport CFOP and develop the brand plan to best connect with that consumer. Drive key components of a x-functional end-to-end seasonal offense to bring that vision to life. 

  • Work together with the Men’s/Women’s consumer construct Football FOP teams on key innovation launches and sport/consumer moments for a strong plan across M/W/K. 

  • Develop consumer centric and innovative ideas that elevate Nike’s brand presence in service of younger consumer & families. 

  • Shepherd the creative process of seasonal stories from brief though launch & driving the learning agenda. 

  • Acts as a resource to teammates, completing work independently with review at critical points.

  • Work closely with the global brand teams on the seasonal briefs and drive clear partnership for strong adaptation from global where needed.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH?
As the EMEA Kids BM Senior Professional, you will report directly into the EMEA Kids Senior Brand Director. You will work alongside an amazing team of other EMEA Kids Brand Marketing members.


You will work as a part of Football FOP brand team with the intention of driving a clear integrated offense for a comprehensive approach to serve athlete* more holistically (M/W/K).  You will also so be an active member of Kids Sport CFOP squad, being the voice of consumer and Kids brand for Football.


You will also collaborate and partner with the following key stakeholders; Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, SCI, Brand Creative, Insights, Merchandising, Brand Planning, NDDC, NMP Marketing MPUs, Sports Marketing, Integrated Media, City/Country teams and Global Kids Brand Marketing and Global Football Partnerships when needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

  • End to End Brand Management: Drive the development and timely execution of seasonal and 365 Kids Football Marketing Plans for Kids CC and orchestrating a x-functional marketing team. Proven ability to collaborate, influence, build, develop and inspire teams.

  • Consumer Journeys: Ability to understand & apply consumer behavior and apply that to build cohesive plans across Nike’s full marketing channel mix. 

  • Brand experience applying standard methodologies and learning from the marketplace, consumer, business to improve the plans.

  • Enterprise thinking: Foster effective teamwork and supports team decisions and promote team spirit is crucial to be successful.

  • Modern Consumerist: Ensure the member & product innovation is at the forefront of all planning and execution. Demonstrate an understanding of our youngest consumers and their caretakers.

  • Passion for sport and a deep understanding of its athletes and communities and their motivations and challenges. 

  • Love For the Game: Strong understanding of the game of football (athletes and moments) and its wider culture, as well as generic consumer trends for Youth.  

  • Relationship management: strong experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and wider portfolio of athletes.  

  • Strong team spirit and leadership, lead teams with passion, empathy & commitment.

  • Growth mindset: Agility to constantly learn and evolve while influencing others with your strategical thinking and objective. 

  • Ability to independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions.

  • Purpose: Experience or interest in working with communities, collaborating with SCI and interest in purpose driven marketing a plus.

  • Must be located in Netherlands, able to work at EHQ in 3/2 work model.
