What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF  Site Security Specialist you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS  USAREUR-AF Site Security Specialist you will embed at Patch Barracks (Stuttgart, GE) and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Other duties of the Site Security Specialist will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and mentor junior specialists.

  • Protect the integrity of ICD705 facilities throughout their renovation.

  • Function as an extension of USEUCOM's Special Security Office (SSO).

  • Comprise the SSP Team consisting of government personnel and other Contractors (SSM and Construction Program Manager).

  • Provide complete oversight of Construction Site Security and threat/risk mitigation strategies to the SSO.

  • Detect and deter the implementation of clandestine monitoring devices in U.S. Government facilities handling classified materials/discussions.

  • Implement the requirements specified in the latest version of "ICD 705."

  • Advise the SSO on compliance with ICD 705.

  • Document security infractions and violations that deviate from the Construction Security Plan (CSP).

  • Notify the Government of security infractions and violations.

  • Define infraction as any knowing, willful, or negligent action contrary to CSP requirements without constituting a violation.

  • Define violation as any knowing, willful, or negligent action that could lead to unauthorized disclosure of classified information.

  • Serve as Construction Surveillance Technicians (CST).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BA/BS + 7 Yrs Experience at a minimum

  • TS/SCI clearance in good standing

  • Must have attended formal training relevant to the Site Security Role

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Possess general knowledge of security concepts and principles as they apply to a personnel security program as required

  • Experience performing ICD-705 construction reporting, technical reporting, Temporary Electronic Security System (TESS) design, installation, operations, and maintenance.

  • Experience in the U.S. Government, or cleared contractor community in security management.

  • Constantly maintain a professional and collegial demeanor regardless of others' behaviors.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600 - 129,300 USD
