The Senior Analyst, Finance plays a critical role in supporting both short-term and long-term financial planning by conducting detailed financial analysis and modeling. The role involves partnering with business units and stakeholders to assess financial controls, communicate key findings, and contribute to informed decision-making. What you'll do:
  • Support short-term and long-term financial planning by analyzing financial statements and business information.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to review expenses, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior and executive leadership.
  • Partner with business units to monitor performance indicators and support financial process enhancements.
  • Communicate financial insights clearly to cross-functional teams and respond to inquiries regarding financial matters.
  • Assist in testing financial controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
