Position Summary

- Responsible of managing and operating on-premise IT infrastructure & network
- Perform desktop PC and laptop (H/W and S/W) troubleshooting and installation
- Perform day to day IT support for internal office management
- Responsible of managing, maintaining, and ensuring office IT security and policy
- Perform troubleshooting for on-premise infrastructure such as firewall, proxy, network, server, etc
- Support IT security audit
- Support IT asset inventorization and provisioning
- Perform and evaluate IT infrastructure security
- Work with global Samsung security team to ensure policy applied and maintained within the office.

Role and Responsibilities

Hardware/Software

• Familiar in assembly and disassembly laptop or desktop PC

• Experience in troubleshooting common software issues (Windows Update, Office applications, AntiVirus, Printer, etc)

Server

• Familiar and proficient work using Linux environment

• Familiar with virtualization

Network

• Understand and have knowledge of networking concept Routing, Subnetting, VLAN, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Network Protocols

• Familiar or have knowledge in Cisco, OSI Layer, etc

• Good understanding of networking protocols - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAC

• Firewall operation

IT & Infra Security

• Understand and have deep knowledge of IT security process and analysis

• Familiar or have good knowledge in IT security tools

Policy Management

• Understand and have knowledge in implementing and managing office policy related to IT operation and security

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information System or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required

• Language: Proficient in English both speaking and writing

• Contract Outsource employee
