As a Dynamics 365 CRM Tester (Quality Engineer) / Integration Tester at Accenture, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will be responsible for comprehensive testing, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA processes. This role requires expertise in validating functional and non-functional requirements, implementing automation testing, and collaborating closely with developers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Experience:
5–8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Proficiency in automated testing tools, such as LeapWork, Selenium, or EasyRepro.
Experience using SQL for database validation and testing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps Test Plans.
Experience using M365 CoPilot for test case generation.
Experience in performance testing and API testing.
Knowledge of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Exposure to Copilot and AI-driven CRM features.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
ISTQB Certified Tester
