C++ Developer (Telephony / VoIP)

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join a team working on software development for IP telephony solutions based on the SIP protocol. The project focuses on building and enhancing software for next-generation IP phones and communication solutions.

You will work as part of an Agile development team, collaborate with an international team, and have opportunities for both professional and career growth along technical and managerial paths.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software for IP telephony devices using C++.
• Work as part of an Agile/Scrum development team.
• Participate in product architecture design and feature development.
• Solve engineering tasks of varying complexity.
• Maintain and improve the existing codebase.
• Continuously contribute to product improvement and optimization.
• Participate in regular team meetings.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in C++ development (Middle-level position).
• 1-2 years of commercial experience in C++ development (Junior-level position).
• Networking fundamentals and understanding of the TCP/IP stack.
• Linux as a user (operating the console).
• Strong debugging and bug-fixing skills.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
• English proficiency sufficient for verbal and written communication within an international team.

Nice to have:

• Experience in VoIP / IP telephony projects.
• Understanding of SIP/SDP and RTP/RTCP.
• Experience with Wireshark and tcpdump.
• Understanding of SIP-based device architecture.
• Experience working in distributed or international teams.
